Dru Yoga is based upon soft, flowing movements, controlled breathing and visualisations. It is both a graceful form of exercise and a potent means of stress relief, working on the body and the mind, improving strength and flexibility, and creating core stability together with a heightened feeling of positivity and empowerment.
This class is designed to be practised by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups. It is a style of yoga that can be quickly dipped into or learned in more depth - everyone welcome!
Each session costs £7
Sessions are held upstairs in our Nuttall Room from 6pm to 7.30pm - Please bring your yoga mat, blanket and water to drink.
