NEW for 2019 - SONGWRITERS CAFE!   **NEXT DATE - Thursday 7th March**

Restoration Cafe at The Grand Pavilion are proud to be working with local musician John Gill to present a bi-monthly Songwriters Cafe.

Join John and his talented guests for an evening of songwriting, music and plenty of fun!

Our guests for March 2019 are...

Finn Shannon - Finn, a professional actor, wrote his first song aged fifteen, it was terrible! Now, 45 years later he thinks he’s finally getting the hang of it. Apart from performing as a singer-songwriter Finn has also written songs for over 30 stage plays.

Gerry Kreiibich - Retired now from journalism (but nothing else in life) this remarkable octogenarian jazz and boogie pianist, singer and all-round entertainer continues to amaze us all here in the ‘Bath’. Oh, and he writes great song including his own version of ‘Hallelujah’ – dare I say that some think it’s even an improvement on the original…

Shannon Walker - A completely captivating young Matlock songwriter with a style and subject matters that belie her youth. Pindrop stuff! You’ll love it.

Mike Richardson - Taking time out, for us, from the studded metal mayhem business, hard rocker Mike steps into the Song Café spotlight clad only in his acoustic guitar – maybe still just a little bit scary but, don’t worry, he’s a lovely guy really!
