SONGWRITERS CAFE!   **NEW DATE - Thursday 9th May**

Restoration Cafe at The Grand Pavilion are proud to be working with local musician John Gill to present a bi-monthly Songwriters Cafe.

Join John and his talented guests for an evening of songwriting, music and plenty of fun! Our guests for May 2019 are...

Helen Rice -  along with her friend Anouska on accordion, Helen is a well-known performer on the Sheffield-area festival, free-party scene, open mic and spoken word scene. She pulls in a wide variety of influences including Mik Artistik, Victoria Wood, Ivor Cutler, Jake Thackray & Kate Rusby, to name but a few.

Mick Sweete - a welcome return to the Pav for this wonderful singer-songwriter from the Derby area. He wowed the crowd at our Pavfest For Syria a few years ago with his heartful delivery and plaintive songs - with more than a hint of Labi Siffre in there... accompanied by his friend Matt on percussion.

Andy Page - a talented singer-songwriter from well-known local indie-rockers FRANK. Andy also just happens to be father of young Ellen Page who was such a hit at one of our earlier showcases.
